Here, My Dear

Everything is in the washing machine.

The phone, her water cup, fridge magnets, juggling balls, my hat, empty juice bottles, empty diet coke bottles, her dolly, you name it. Sometimes I forget to check before I do the washing. Make it stop.

Oooh, and she started saying “wow” now. Like a long woooooooow. It’s simply fantastic.

I’ve added a “recent photos” link right here on the left, so I can show off with my child. And with my camera in general. I plan to keep that link updated.

I tend to read all the Ynet talkbacks, not sure why. I promise I’m not doing it just to get annoyed, honest.
I do get annoyed though.

I really could have done our car a great favour if only I would have taken it to the washing place already, but I’ve decided to go have coffee instead.
I had the weirdest conversation with two American girls sitting there who were wondering why I speak Hebrew to my child, though I already explained a few times that I’m Israeli. They still didn’t get it.
I leave the English to my English husband, who still hopes and dreams that she’ll grow up to have a proper accent despite the fact that she’ll be going to an American kindergarten.

We can but dream.
